Ace Hotel and WeTransfer collaborative art project Dear DTLA combined Ace’s real-world billboard at the Downtown Los Angeles property with WeTransfer’s digital content-sharing. Rotating over nine months, artists created original work with associated digital art components for fans to download. Artists included: Yung Jake, Wonwoo Lee, Robert Montgomery, Cali Thorhill Dewitt and more. The project was used to build awareness for the new property and led to eighteen percent growth in social media followers.
