To launch Maison de la Luz, Atelier Ace’s first luxury property, the hotel took over the VIP lounge at UNTITLED Art Fair. In partnership with Phaidon and Artspace, the custom designed lounge brought the New Orleans property to life and hosted 20,000 high net-worth individuals, along with an opening night party featuring New Orleans legend Preservation Hall Jazz Band. The stepping out positioned the new hotel as a premiere art and luxury hotel in New Orleans, increasing bookings by ten percent ahead of opening.
